Job Profile
Asst. Sales Manager shall be based in Goa/Pune who shall be responsible for Sales of dehumidification systems, climate control systems for various applications,. This role includes supporting application engineer for primarily technical selection, finalize technical submittal, engineering solutions, prepare customised proposals and business development case studies for various composite applications. Key emphasis will be on the ability to bring sales from customer based in Maharashtra & Goa, understand their requirements along with rapidly demonstrate how Munters solutions can be utilized to provide solutions with costing, timing, and resources included in the proposals. Handling business operations in areas of Northern India encompassing functional areas of sales & Marketing and services support with key emphasis on overall profitability of operations and reporting to the Regional Manager.
Driving business growth in Maharashtra & Goa through identification & development of untapped market for business penetration for Munters Dehumidification & other solutions. Conducting market research to analyze the latest market/competitors trends and fine-tune the selling strategy
Analyzing & mapping the requirements of the clients and offer a complete product catering to their needs. Maintaining customer relationship and study complete utility process of customer and then offer feasible Techno Commercial solution. Cooperation with other Sales team members, Application Engineers, purchasing, production department and customers. Develop and verify system, design of technical solutions for industrial customer.
Provides support to resolve problems that may arise during developing air conditions and makes modifications as needed to meet customer requirements Determination of technicial requirement and solution Acts as a key role in improving processes and tools used within the department. Other responsbilities shall be :- Lead and Grow the Air Treatment Division, Techno-commercial leadership for the Sales team.
Develop and maintain relation with key clients/OEMs, Scan and analyse competitive scenario, Scan market needs, Identify and develop new product and application opportunities, Personality to inspire confidence in customers, consultants and overall team, Highest customer satisfaction, Effective financial control on the sales cycle
