Role & Responsibilities:
The individual should be highly self-motivated to support the management team of R&D EVSE with regular engagements with cross-functional team members both technical and non-technical within the organization for execution and delivery of project requirements and project timeline in meeting the scope and quality of a product. Continuous engagement with the team on project execution & risk mitigation to ensure the project's health is in tracking.
- Responsibilities Develop project plan, Resource mapping, tracking for EVSE embedded developments
- Identify critical activities and resources with effective communication to team members to ensure quality, cost and delivery
- Working closely with CFT and development teams to identify risks on a day to day basis, look for mitigations and ensure closure of the risk
- Prepare update and track Master project plan as per Product Development Process Cycle.
- The setting of priorities, allocation of tasks, and coordination of project team members and assistance of the project team in order to solve problems.
- Responsibility and ownership of the project thus showing commitment to execute the project in accordance with the agreed plan.
- Conduction of project meetings and preparation of reports to communicate the status of the project within the project team.
- To support management in tracking program timeline, Risks, MOM's to meet the project goals
- Liaison with all stakeholders in order to secure specialized resources and contributions for the project.
- Plan and execute continuous improvement of quality of deliverables with process compliance.
- Foster an environment conducive to learning and development of skills.
- Document and use lessons learned in the new projects at the project initiation phase.
- Review of Software (in C), Design and process documents
Qualifications and Experience Required
- Work Experience Min 6 8 years of experience in program Management for embedded projects.
Tools: MS Excel, MS PPT, JIRA, MS- Projects
Required Skills (Functional & Behavioral Skills)
- Knowledge on Embedded systems Hardware, Hardware & Software interfaces, Software development methodologies.
- Experience in C coding and SW compilation concepts
- Excellent Project Management skills including Resources management, Risk Management.
- Team handling experience with at least 6 members
- Ability to understand and take decision on technical proposals
- Good communication(both verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
- Problem solving in embedded software.
- Analytical & judgmental skills.
- Good negotiation and convincing skills
- MS MPP, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
- Knowledge of project management tools [JIRA preferred]/ Techniques.
- PMP certified/Experience in working with Agile process
- Experience in Agile Scrum master role is Plus
