Job Summary:

1.Candidate should have experience in design of mobilehydraulicsincluding troubleshootingrelated to mobile equipment like cranes, forklifts, construction equipment, material handling equipment etc.

2.Our equipment is using some of the latest and most sophisticated mobile electro-hydraulicsystems available in the international market and the candidate should have working experience of handling these sophisticated Electro-Hydraulicsystems.

3.Candidate should also have exposure in R&D for development of new products in above area'sofapplicationand should be capable of leading a team people working in thehydraulicapplicationsFunctions: -

a)Calculations for Mobilehydraulicsystem design.

b)Creatinghydraulicschematics for the givenapplications

c)Selection ofhydrauliccomponents like Pumps, Control valves, Cylinders, Filters, and other accessories with appropriate background calculations.

d)Selection ofhydraulichoses, adaptors & hose end connectors and creatinghydraulichose routings as per the schematic

e)Guiding stake holders in the assembly ofhydrauliccomponents and for hose routings during the prototype build & solving the vehicle assembly issues in proto build.

4.Hydrauliccomponents modelling (2D to 3D),Hydraulicpower unit layout creation andmanifold design for the givenHydrauliccircuits of various endapplicationsusing relevant software's.

5.Mathematical analysis of problems Co-oordinating with vendors for new developments design, build and test of prototype equipment debug trouble shootings Administer control of design department.

6.Support internal and external customers on technical design files and related documentation.
