JD for Asst Manager - loyalty

  • Responsible for ensuring client Satisfaction and also deliverables are executed in desired quality within defined timelines
  • Should have good experience in managing program operations and driving project task to closure
  • End to end client servicing ensuring that the SLA's defined are met
  • Continually strive to improve the customer experience through improved processes, people development and technology
  • Ensure team is proactively meeting stakeholders requirements by providing a centralized, professional and effective Loyalty marketing and planning service.
  • Making presentations based on the requirements/ client briefs
  • Ensure that all external and internal events are aligned with the program marketing calendar and business objectives and activities are effectively leveraged to the benefit of the program.
  • Knowledge of excel is must

Eligibility Criteria

Min1 years of experience in driving loyalty programs tasks.
