The key responsibilities in delivering the financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and analysis process for Industrial Business within SKF Engineering and Lubrications India Pvt. Ltd. The person is expected to closely work with business Heads across various segments, HR, finance, procurement, service teams, FP&A Lead and overall controller for business to drive business growth and results. .
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for month end responsibilities, i.e., Prepare Journals and do accounting activities for Industrial business, Sales reconciliation at segment level with Financials.
- Responsible for product costing (Monthly and Annual) and material cost management.
- Be Finance POC for all business segments. Responsible for monitoring and reporting Key Performance Indicators for each segment.
- Responsible for adherence to internal and external controls of the business.
- Responsible for statutory & cost audits and reporting thereto.
- Responsible to liaison with all the business stakeholders in all day to day activities of the business and support thereto.
- Responsible to drive and take active participation of the IT and other projects applicable to the unit.
- Single point contact for the top management for the business data of the unit.
- Responsible for delivering various management reports - segment wise, customer and product line profitability reports.
- Responsible for preparing reports for Annual financial planning and budgeting work.
- Responsible for Sales Incentive Plan for Lubrication Business. Calculate sales incentives of the business and ensure proper accounting and timely pay-out.
- Responsible for monitoring and reviewing expenses. Recommending actions to minimize Cost.
- Prepare variance analysis and MIS reports for various segments.
- Essentially the SPOC for all financial related aspects.

- Strong MS Excel, Power Point, Power BI
- Should have good communication skills to be able to work with colleagues and business stakeholders and larger finance organization.
- Should be able to independently prioritize and manage multiple tasks and responsibilities and deliver work as per the expected timeline.
- Should have high attention to detail and quality of work getting delivered
Education & Experience
- Chartered Accountant (CA) / Cost Accountant (ICWA) - 3 to 5 years of experience in Product Costing, Accounting, Financial Planning and Analysis and management reporting.
- Good understanding of finance systems and product costing. SAP mandatory + Open for flexible working hours
- The candidate should have a mindset of working in fast paced, energetic and high business growth organization.
- Independent working abilities and good collaboration skills with cross functional teams
