Responsibilities & Context
Conduct routine and non-routine testing of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Develop, implement, and maintain quality control systems and procedures.
Analyze test results and provide recommendations for corrective actions.
Prepare and maintain accurate records of testing and quality control activities.
Lead and participate in R&D projects aimed at developing new polymer and plastic products.
Conduct experiments to improve the properties and performance of existing products.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve technical challenges.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in polymer and plastic technologies and integrate them into our R&D processes.
Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement changes to enhance efficiency and product quality.
Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for production processes.
Provide technical support to production teams and troubleshoot process-related issues.
Ensure all quality control and R&D activities comply with relevant regulations and industry standards.
Prepare documentation required for regulatory submissions and audits.
