Position Summary:

The GM/AVP of Sales Credit Card will assume the pivotal role of spearheading the selling and leading credit card distribution by Offline Field Sales channel. This individual will bear the responsibility of harnessing and devising novel strategies aimed at achieving the overarching objectives of scaling the business and challenging existing business model.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Leadership and Team Management:
  • Provide strong leadership and guidance to the sales teams, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate team members to maximize their potential and achieve individual and team targets.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and implement strategies to enhance team productivity and efficiency.

  1. Sales Strategy and Planning:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies and plans to drive credit card sales growth and market penetration via FOS Team.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive opportunities.
  • Analyze sales data, market insights, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies and improve performance.

  1. Revenue Generation and Target Achievement:
  • Set ambitious sales targets and revenue goals for the field sales FOS teams, and develop action plans to achieve them.
  • Monitor sales performance, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and implement corrective measures as needed to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
  • Drive cross-selling initiatives and upselling opportunities to maximize revenue generation and customer lifetime value.

  1. Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction.

Ensure that field sales teams deliver exceptional customer service and support, addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and escalations promptly and effectively.

  1. Compliance and Risk Management:
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and industry standards related to credit card sales and marketing activities.
  • Implement robust risk management processes and controls to mitigate potential risks and safeguard the interests of the company and its customers.

  1. Reporting Matrix:
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management to provide updates on sales performance and strategy execution.
  • Monitor sales metrics and performance indicators to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles in credit card Field Sales , preferably in the financial services industry with a focus on credit card sales.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.
  • Deep understanding of sales processes, techniques, and best practices.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards relevant to credit card sales.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on delivering tangible business outcomes.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive change effectively.
