We are hiring a determined and goal-oriented sales professional with team handling experience from medical device industry for a leading medical equipment manufacturing company in India.

Job Title: Assistant Vice President (AVP) - Sales Team Management (Ob/Gyn Medical Devices)

Department: Sales

Experience: 6+ years

Location: Bangalore (on-site)

Position Summary

As an AVP of Sales Team Management, you will be responsible for leading and driving the sales team towards achieving exceptional sales targets in the Ob/Gyn medical devices sector.

Your strategic planning and leadership will be key in developing and executing sales plans that expand customer base and solidify existing customer relationships.

You should have relevant experience in Ob/Gyn medical devices industry.

Key Responsibilities

Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Develop and implement strategic plans to penetrate new markets and increase market share in the medical devices industry.

Foster a competitive yet collaborative team environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure a cohesive approach to customer satisfaction.

Monitor team performance, set objectives, and provide coaching and professional development opportunities.

Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Maintain a deep understanding of industry regulations, product offerings, and customer needs.

Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree.

Minimum of 6 years of sales experience in the Ob/Gyn medical devices industry, with at least 6 years in a leadership role.

Proven track record of achieving sales growth and leading high-performing teams.

Strong business acumen with the ability to strategize and execute sales plans effectively.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
