Job Description
Help to effectively to consistently deliver outstanding service to our internal and external customers and to ensure departmental KPIs are delivered.
- Ensure complete knowledge of international sports, leagues & players
- Ensure betting opportunities, released by Trading, are made available on the specific channels and brands at the required moment in time.
- Ensure that all price changes and the delivery of events occur in a timely and accurate manner.
- Manage life cycle of events ensuring customer journey is best in class.
- Manage the workflow of events from trading through production to ensure they are displayed correctly, accurately and efficiently.
- Manage the reference data for Trading systems, updating and keeping logs accurate.
- Manage the content on the specific channels ensuring customers user experience is easy and efficient.
- Complete daily checks
- Adhere to departmental SLAs
- Check the work of others to ensure that information is accurately inputted into all applications before the events are displayed to minimise errors and any customer impact.
- Recommend new technical enhancements to ensure we keep up with key competition
- Raising of issues to relevant support teams
- System testing

- 0 to 2yrs work experience
