- As part of the Crestech Delivery Team, your primary role would be to independently Design/ Write complex scenarios, Test Cases, Prepare Test Artefacts; Share Inputs in Project Estimation & Planning.
- You will be closely collaborating with Development, Business & Test team key functional stakeholders to understand requirements / analysis at module level including Identify gaps in requirements and conduct estimates or forecast, considering the process of an organization.
- You are expected to balance multiple responsibilities simultaneously while still ensuring timely quality deliverables.
- You will be responsible to conduct second level review of Test Cases written by other team member/s including mentoring, Technical and Strategic guidance to the team / colleagues.
- You will be involved in designing and developing Test strategy, Test plan, Test cases and Generating test reports, Defect reports and Product quality assurance documentation.
- Support Organizational initiatives by undertaking tasks such as Trainings, Interviews and Support to Pre-Sales etc
- Identify, Propose and implement Process improvements.
Educational Requirements
Bachelors/Masters of Engineering/Computer Applications/CS/IT or Equivalent preferred.

- Own end to end testing including Client deliverables of assigned project.
- Hands-on in Test planning/ Test strategy, Test estimates.

- Support Test Manager/ PM in Risk identification and management.
- Mentor team members and contribute to their development.
- DSR/WSR updates & Dashboards.
- QMS responsibility.
- Team Management if assigned including Performance feedback.
- Support the implementation, development and maintenance of relevant Quality Matrices & Artefacts, InfoSec & Cyber Security policies, Standards, and Guidelines in alignment with applicable laws, Common security frameworks and leading practices as per Organizational requirements.
Technical and Professional Requirements:
Primary skills: Functional Testing (Manual Testing)
Jira and other tools experience.
Preferred Skills:
- Exposure to latest technologies & frameworks like API / Web Services etc
- Programming skills, knowledge of OOPS concepts etc
- Test Management tools - zephyr.
- PM Tools.
- Bug Tracking - Jira.
