- Ensure implementation of sales plan and achievement of targets as per set objectives in territory assigned.
- Ensures coverage as per defined Beat Plan and calls as per defined Sales Call Process and execution of Daily / Weekly / Monthly / Quarterly initiatives in consensus with the manager
- Manage Alcon s relationship with assigned customers end to end for meeting Monthly Sales Targets & Business Plan Agreement Targets and take appropriate action to drive consistent growth
- Manage & deploy all Sales Inputs (Trials, Collaterals, POSM etc.) as per instructions
- Propose and work with relevant stakeholders (Manager, Professional Affairs, Marketing etc.) for promotional programs
- Efficient execution of Sales & Marketing programs and analyzing that these effectively contribute to sales numbers for assigned territories.
- Gather competitor s info (promotions, launches, organization changes, etc).
- Coordinate with RDS / supply network for smooth functioning on timely supply / exchange / return requirements and report on any deviations from agreed norms.
- Facilitating any consumer concerns, damaged products return etc.in liaison with manager
- Provide market/sales feedback and complete all necessary reports within the stipulated time frame
- Responsible for adverse event and product complaint handling related activities at a local level including the collection, intake and forwarding the information to the Local Vigilance Representative).
- Adherence to all corporate compliance guidelines & corporate programs by self and team.
