Job Description: As the Associate Manager/Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing our team of Ayurvedic consultants, ensuring the highest standards of patient care, team performance, and business outcomes. Your role will be dynamic, encompassing patient consultations, team management, administrative oversight, and professional development.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Management:
- Hold regular team meetings to discuss cases, share best practices, and bring proper adherence to SOPs.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior doctors and other team members.
- Delegate tasks and ensure smooth operations of the telemedicine charter.
- Conduct performance evaluations and offer feedback to support team growth.
Administrative Tasks:
- Document consultation outcomes, treatment plan efficacies, and follow-up note efficiencies across various therapies at Kapiva.
- Respond to BAU-level doctor inquiries and manage Therapy level appointments.
- Coordinate with Cross-functional teams for ensuring proper disposal of queries.
Professional Development:
- Organizing relevant initiatives for doctors to engage in continuous learning through CMEs, Webinars, Lectures, and workshops.
- Promoting a healthy culture of continuous professional growth within the team.
Communication and Collaboration:
- Maintaining regular communication with Senior Ayurveda Consultants and HODs to gather therapy-level learnings for NPDs and Marketing communications.
- Collaborating to develop comprehensive treatment plans addressing holistic health needs.
- Keeping open lines of communication with doctors by solving BAU escalations across therapies, providing morale support, and empowering doctors to pick up and dispose of complicated cases in time.
Qualifications:
- BAMS with a Minimum of 3.5 years of experience in a clinical setting/non-clinical setting (preferably a Leadership role).
- Strong understanding of Ayurvedic principles and disease management.
- Excellent communication, mentorship, and team management skills.
- Proficiency in EHR systems and telemedicine platforms.
