- We are looking for an Associate TechOps Analyst to join our growing Customer Service team in our dynamic Gurgaon office.

environment. - The role would suit a computer science graduate with a genuine passion for testing & Troubleshooting. You don't need prior knowledge of Provar or Salesforce, as we can give you all the training you will need.
- You should have a proven development track record and a professional, dedicated and flexible approach.
you'll be responsible for:
- Designing troubleshooting and reproducing Product issues
- Keeping up-to-date with the standards and requirements of software quality assurance
- Development and implementation troubleshooting steps
- Preparation of reports on defects and problems
- Tracking of reported problems and defects using tracking software
- Working directly with the Internal team
- Being innovative in your testing and looking for ways to improve the product
- Working as a team and always helping your colleagues deliver their workload
- Becoming a product expert in Provar
- Learning Salesforce and completing the SFDC Admin examinations
- Escalating any issues to your line manager promptly
- Keeping up-to-date with the standards and requirements of software quality assurance
- Active involvement with client issues with consultants
- Pro-active involvement in providing solutions and mitigate
- escalations with client
- Working with the development team on Product issues
you'll have:
- A solid academic foundation to degree level or higher
- 0 - 3 years of software technical support & Troubleshooting
- Knowledge of at least one programming language
- Working knowledge of agile methodologies
you'll be:
- Having good communication skills (speaking, writing)
- The proactive, organized, and collaborative approach
- Having strong problem-solving skills
- Able to work in a team environment
It may be advantageous to also have these skills:
- Experience in Salesforce.com testing or testing of another SAAS application.
