We are seeking a motivated and experienced Associate Technology Product Manager to join our dynamic team at BXI. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving product strategy and development. This full-time, mid-level position is based in Mumbai Suburban, Mumbai, and Thane. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience in product management and related fields.

• Qualifications and Skills

Proven experience in product management for a minimum of 4 years.

• Strong understanding of agile methodologies for efficient product development.

Skilled in conducting comprehensive market research to identify trends and opportunities.

• Ability to analyze and interpret data to inform product decisions.

Proficient in project management to ensure timely delivery of product features.

• Expertise in user experience design to enhance customer satisfaction and usability.

Technical understanding to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.

• Experience with JIRA or similar project tracking tools for managing workflows.

Product Management (Mandatory skill)

• Roles and Responsibilities

Define and execute product strategy and roadmap in alignment with company goals.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, and sales.

Gather and prioritize product requirements through market research and user feedback.

• Translate business needs into technical specifications for development teams.

Oversee the product development lifecycle from concept to launch.

• Monitor product performance and iterate based on user data and feedback.

Ensure timely delivery of product features and enhancements.

• Conduct competitive analysis to inform product positioning and differentiation.

Provide regular updates to stakeholders on product progress and outcomes.

• Use data analysis to validate product decisions and identify areas for improvement.
