Associate Tax Process Automation and technology Specialist will have an opportunity to partner with the Tax and Treasury teams to lead process improvement and automation. This newly created role will be responsible for learning key processes and identifying and implementing improvement through automation and visualization as well as helping to educate and train the team on new processes.
Responsibilities
Work in tandem with Tax and Treasury teams to evaluate processes and create automation and improvement in Tax, Treasury, and Insurance processes.
- Assist in developing and maintaining centralized metrics (KPI's) in scorecard format.
- Support the team in Tax and Treasury data analysis, model building, process analysis for U.S. tax compliance and provision, OECD Pillar II analysis and modeling, cash forecasting, bank fee analysis, foreign exchange reporting, and real estate reporting.
- Develop tools & dashboards to improve, digitize, and/or automate.
Essential Functions of the Role**:
- Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, S4/Hana, and BCP, would be preferable)
- Knowledge of process automation and visualization tools (PowerQuery, Alteryx, PowerBI) required
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel required

- Master's degree in Business is desirable
Specialized Skills/Technical Knowledge
- Knowledge of U.S. tax compliance and provision software (OneSource Income Tax and OneSource Tax Provision would be preferable)
- Knowledge of Treasury Management Systems (GTreasury preferable)
- Previous experience of tax accounting (US GAAP preferable)
