Job Description

  • Identify and onboard top-tier candidates for diverse roles across multiple offices and functions.
  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers to understand business and hiring needs.
  • Develop a sourcing strategy in partnership with senior team members and according to the Hiring Managers role requirements.
  • Leverage your understanding of the organization to effectively influence candidates and business stakeholders.
  • Handle the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned roles, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the interview and selection process.
  • Create compelling offer proposals for prospective candidates.
  • Manage post-offer engagement to ensure candidates have a smooth onboarding process.
  • Participate in and contribute to various talent acquisition initiatives and programs to support the overall recruitment strategy.
  • Proactively build and maintain a network of potential candidates.

  • Hands-On experience with recruitment procedures and tools.
  • Demonstrable commitment to defining, documenting, and following processes and workflows.
Qualification and Experience
  • Bachelors/Masters degree in a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience, preferably in a SaaS or startup ecosystem.
  • Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Hands-on experience sourcing candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, and employee referrals).
  • Skilled in candidate assessment and management.
