- Identify and onboard top-tier candidates for diverse roles across multiple offices and functions.
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers to understand business and hiring needs.
- Develop a sourcing strategy in partnership with senior team members and according to the Hiring Managers role requirements.
- Leverage your understanding of the organization to effectively influence candidates and business stakeholders.
- Handle the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned roles, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the interview and selection process.
- Create compelling offer proposals for prospective candidates.
- Manage post-offer engagement to ensure candidates have a smooth onboarding process.
- Participate in and contribute to various talent acquisition initiatives and programs to support the overall recruitment strategy.

Qualification and Experience

- Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Hands-on experience sourcing candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, and employee referrals).
- Skilled in candidate assessment and management.
