Experience
3- 5 years of experience (Immediate Joiners preferred)
Responsibilities
- Utilize innovative sourcing techniques to build and maintain a robust talent pipeline.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from screening candidates to extending offers.
- Cultivate strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the hiring process.
- Leverage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to track candidate progress and maintain accurate records.
- Assist in offer negotiations and coordinate onboarding processes for new hires.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment strategies
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record of sourcing and attracting top talent.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
