Beinex is looking to hire an Associate System Engineer to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities
- Configuring and troubleshooting of Desktop/Laptops and Managing backup and recovery.
- Software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting for end users.
- Remotely resolving application problems and network problems and mail configurations through net meeting, remote desktop sharing.
- Sound knowledge on windows commands and network trouble shooting on Laptop/ desktops.
- Troubleshooting PC Hardware.
- Trouble shooting of all types of Hardware and software applications problems.
- Monitoring Reporting (Infra / Project), Learning, Documentation and Escalation
- Knowledge of enterprise-class infrastructure software such as anti-virus, backup, hardware technologies SAN, NAS, Storage, and related client-side software.
- Knowledge in Virtualization is a plus
- Knowledge of Network Switches and Firewall would be a plus
- Ensure consistency of existing systems through creating, maintaining, and enforcing standards/procedures for implementing solutions
- Communicate escalated issues to end users: keep them informed of progress, notify them of impending changes, agreed outages, etc
- Familiarity with modern operating systems and server platforms
- Experience in cloud environments is a plus
- Maintain hardware and software needed for projects to be completed efficiently
Key Skills Requirements
- Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) and Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE) are preferred
