We are seeking dynamic and motivated Atlassian Administrators specialized in JIRA and Confluence to support our large-scale Datacenter hosted instances. This role will involve supporting and maintaining our JIRA and Confluence environments, ensuring smooth operations, and providing technical support to users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the administration and maintenance of JIRA and Confluence instances, including user management, project configurations, and system upgrades.
- Provide technical support to users, resolving tickets and inquiries related to Atlassian tools promptly.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues related to JIRA and Confluence, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.
- Collaborate with teams across the organization to understand their requirements and configure JIRA and Confluence accordingly.
- Implement and maintain best practices for JIRA and Confluence usage, including workflows, permission schemes, and automation.
Qualifications:
- bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 1-4 years of experience in administering JIRA and Confluence, including basic configuration and support.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience supporting Agile teams using JIRA.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Willingness to work in shifts and participate in an on-call rotation schedule.
- Any Atlassian certification or its equivalent is a plus.
