Responsible for supporting company's IT infrastructure and perform day-to-day IT activities.- Install and Maintain Windows Client OS, Linux Client OS and Server OS, all related Applications & Productivity tools, install security patches & upgrades, install of - Drivers and Firmware updates and trouble shoot by using Remote Desktop Tools.
Responsible for Manage and maintain all Systems and Network hardware and Software (Laptop/Desktop & Servers, Network Printers, Routers, Switches, Firewalls etc.)
- Management of Active Directory and IIS
Installation of XAMPP, WAMP and Apache server, website hosting and trouble shooting.- Trouble shoot Network and Internet connectivity issues.
Create and maintain all required System and Network Documentation and Policies.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
