The Creative Solutions (Associate / Sr.Associate) will play a key role in connecting brand stories with Ampverse IP s and other business assets. This role involves in-depth research, creating tailored pitches, and developing strategic presentations to bring new business opportunities to life.
Your Responsibility:
- Develop creative solutions that align brand objectives with Ampverse IPs and Esports teams, ensuring a seamless connection between the brand narrative and the gaming audience.
- Conduct thorough research to identify potential brand partners and customize pitches to create compelling brand activations within the esports space.
- Develop detailed, client-specific pitch decks that clearly articulate how Ampverse s platforms and offerings can fulfill brand objectives. Tailor each presentation to showcase innovative engagement strategies, taking into account each brand s unique value proposition and target audience.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and esports operations to ensure alignment and smooth execution of creative projects.
- Stay up-to-date with trends in both the esports and media landscapes, applying this knowledge to identify new opportunities for brands to engage with gaming communities.
Required Experience:
- 2-4 years of experience in creative solutions, pre-sales, business development, or a similar role.
- Experience working with an Ad agencies, Media & Entertainment companies working with large brands, or in account planning is a plus.
- Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and craft customized solutions.
- Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to clearly and creatively communicate complex ideas.
- Familiarity with the esports, gaming, and entertainment industries, and a strong understanding of brand engagement in these areas.
- Highly collaborative, able to work across multiple teams, and manage several projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
