Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop and enhance complete and sizable software modules in the assigned software engineering function in one or more of platform and application management. Each day, you will deliver software components for platforms/applications/solutions. You will also showcase your expertise by demonstrating reasonable proficiency in software engineering in their relevant competence. The work model for the role is: #LI-Onsite This role is contributing to the Process Automation business in Energy Industries division at Bangalore, India. You will be mainly accountable for: . Design and develop interactive Virtual Reality applications using platforms such as Unity, Un-real Engine, or other VR tools. . Work closely with industrial process and engineering experts to translate domain knowledge into VR simulations. . Conduct performance testing to ensure applications meet industrial standards for speed and reliability. . Explore emerging VR technologies and recommend innovative applications for industrial use. . Prepare technical documentation, user manuals, and training materials for VR solutions. You will join a high performing team, where you will be able to thrive.

Qualifications for the role

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in software development, preferably with exposure to VR/AR applications.
  • Proficiency in VR development platforms such as Unity 3D or Unreal Engine and Strong programming skills in C#, C++, or Python.
  • Familiarity with 3D modeling tools like Blender, Maya, or 3ds Max.
  • Experience with VR hardware like Oculus, HTC Vive, or Microsoft HoloLens is a plus.
