The Strategic Operations Associate role is designed for outstanding young professionals who want to make a mark in the gaming industry. As a part of Garena, Southeast Asia & first and only global-leading games company, you will be working on strategic projects and game operations to tackle key issues and challenges in the market.
What you will be doing:
Depending on the company & strategic priorities, you will be rotated to work on a variety of business challenges alongside our management team, including but not limited to:
- Product strategy and market/user research: Conduct research pertaining to existing or new games (including but not limited to customer segmentation, competitor analysis, product positioning, differentiation, monetization)
- Game design: Drive feature design for existing games (can include features pertaining to gameplay, economy, live ops, etc.)
- Operations: Leverage data to derive insights on user behavior to drive feature prioritization and design decisions

To be eligible, you must satisfy the following requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in management consulting (MBB and other top-tier consulting firms), banking or consumer tech industries
- Strong analytical skills and able to work well with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Outstanding graduates from top universities, MBA qualification is a plus

- Keen interest in the game industry
- Professional competency in both written and spoken English and other local language
