Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate in Sales and Business Development. The Associate will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to sales and business development activities. This includes prospecting and generating leads, building and maintaining client relationships, conducting market research and analysis, participating in sales meetings and presentations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in sales and business development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of marketing and advertising industry
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
