Responsibilities
- Take action on assignments that are ready and available for production in the Operations
pipeline.
- Utilize proper software tools, channels, and workflows to follow standard procedures.
Tasks include but are not limited to: handling tickets in Zendesk, inspecting and annotating
assets and preparing reports in English that are professional and comprehensive.- Ability to work a scheduled shift and scheduled tasks accordingly.
Maintaining a positive and professional attitude with coworkers and peers.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Working knowledge of roofing/building construction, terminology, and materials. Knowledge
base could stem from construction, property inspection and/or property insurance claims
backgrounds.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to work independently and without
constant oversight.
- Organizational skills and the flexibility to jump from priority to priority.
Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.- Solid computer skills (Google Suite, Office Suite, Slack, Zoom, Zendesk).
