Catalyst is our largest analytical unit focused on the optimisation and modernisation of our methods and processes by leveraging technology, automation, and visualisation. The team is also responsible for developing and executing our custom productised solutions (NextGen practice) that allow us to answer our clients critical business questions faster. Our research is varied in terms of geographic footprint. Typically, work will either be multi-country or global. For this reason, English language skill are a must. Additionally, there also a great deal of variety in terms of sectors - while the Research Associate will often be working with the big global FMCG players such as those in Consumer Finance, Home & Garden and Packaging, other key clients come from areas such as government organizations and trade associations. As such, work can be business-to-business or consumer focused.   • Proficiency in English
  • University degree in an area such as Business, Engineering, Maths or Analytics
  • Exposure to visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau

  • Highly computer literate (particularly in MS PowerPoint, Word and Excel)
  • Confidence in engaging with trade sources to gain additional insight
  • Great analysis and report writing skills
  • First-rate time management and ability to prioritise
  • The ability to work effectively and fast when required by tight project deadlines
  • Outstanding attention to detail and a meticulous approach to work
