We are hiring for a global client in the Appliances, Electrical, and Electronics Manufacturing industry to hire a Recruitment Supervisor/Associate Recruitment Specialist. The ideal candidate must have experience in plant hiring, particularly within the EMS (Electronic Manufacturing Services) industry.
Job Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Lifecycle Management:
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, reference checking, and hiring within TAT.
- Connect with top talent across various levels and skills through both traditional and non-traditional hiring channels.
- Build a talent pipeline by networking with active and passive candidates.
- Industry-Specific Hiring:
- Experience in hiring within the Manufacturing and EMS industries is essential.
- Recruit new employees for functional departments as per their requests.
- Recruitment Activities:
- Implement recruiting activities such as planning, selection, interviews, and hiring.
- Communicate effectively with functional departments to maintain good relationships and provide satisfactory HR services.
- Lead and execute major recruitment programs.
- Channel Management:
- Maintain and manage recruiting channels, including newspapers, internet, headhunters, campuses, and labor agencies.
- Onboarding and Employee Communication:
- Communicate with new employees and provide HR services around their commencement date, managing their personal information.
- Quality Assurance:
- Ensure adherence to internal quality processes during candidate screening.
- Conduct thorough screening and assessment of candidates before submission, providing detailed consultant comments.
- National Recruitment:
- Demonstrated ability to recruit for different skills and levels of positions on a national, multi-location level.
- Candidate Assessment:
- Conduct assessments based on role, profile, hierarchy, techno-functional skills, pedigree, cultural fit, organizational fit, and peer-to-peer fitment.
- Mentoring and Guidance:
- Provide guidance to team members on candidate search, interviews, and closures within TAT.
- Client-Candidate Coordination:
- Manage interview and other interim coordination, including post-interview and post-joining processes.
Requirements:
- Hiring experience in Manufacturing and EMS (Electronic Manufacturing Services) or Appliances, Electrical, and Electronics Manufacturing is essential.
- Familiarity with the local talent market and policies.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
