We are actively seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join our team as an Associate Recruiter for US Recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, focusing on hiring US Citizens across the country. If you possess a Bachelor's Degree in any stream (preferably Engineering) and have a minimum of 1+ years of experience in US/International Voice Process, we invite you to apply.
Position: Associate Recruiter - US Recruitment
Location: Somajiguda & Hitech City (Work from office)
Shift Timings: 7:30 PM IST - 4:30 AM IST
Salary: 3.6 LPA - 4 LPA + Incentives + Bonus up to 20 Lakhs
Responsibilities
- Execute the full recruitment life cycle, from sourcing to onboarding, in accordance with client requirements.
- Conduct effective screening, sourcing, and recruitment activities to identify suitable candidates.
- Prioritize and focus on hiring US Citizens, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Utilize excellent written and oral communication skills to interact with candidates and clients.
- Demonstrate fluency and proficiency in communicating effectively in English.
- Consider candidates with voice process, international calling, or sales experience.
