The ideal candidate will have strong Software testing skills and the ability to meet a tight deadline. The candidate must also possess effective oral and written communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal skills apart from a desire to work in a globally dynamic and flexible environment.
Required Skills
An understanding of software QA methodologies and processes
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Keen attention to detail and ability to follow through on tasks
Time management skills and capability to meet deadlines
Adaptability and willingness to learn
Knowledge of SQL and scripting
Familiarity with current QA trends and tools
Good to have:
knowledge of Web application Automation using selenium and Xpaths.
Roles and Responsibilities
Perform software testing on web-based and mobile applications
Review and provide feedback on requirements and technical documents
Create detailed, comprehensive and well-thoughtful test cases.
Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities.
Test, Identify, report and track bugs, and issues in GitHub and other tools.
Testing REST API using tools like Postman, and Restclient.
Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved
Collaborate with developers and product managers to identify system requirements and provide status reports.
