Talrop is actively seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as an Associate Project Manager. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the successful execution of technology projects within the organization. Working closely with the Project Manager and cross-functional teams, your contributions will be vital in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and with high quality.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
Certification in Project Management is a plus.
Previous experience as a Project Coordinator or in a similar role.
Knowledge of industry standard project management tools.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Project Manager in developing detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, schedules and deliverables.
Monitor project progress, track tasks and ensure adherence to project schedules and milestones.
Facilitate effective communication among team members, stakeholders and other departments involved in the project.
Identify potential risks and issues; Collaborate with the Project Manager to develop and implement mitigation plans.
Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date project documentation, meeting minutes and action items.
Skills Required
Understanding of project management methodologies and processes.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
Strong organisational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines.
