Our first product, the Inito Fertility Monitor, helps couples trying to conceive know when they are most fertile, confirm if they ovulate and identify if their hormone levels are sufficient for a healthy pregnancy.

Inito is also the first at-home medical device from India to clear the US FDA regulatory pathway, get featured on the Apple App Store and launch in the US.

We have a highly engaged community of 10,000+ users globally where 50% are Active Daily.

We have a strong social presence with 30,000+ followers on Instagram, 100K on Tiktok, & we are running 100+ performance ads at any given point.

Role Overview:

As an Associate Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end management of performance marketing ads. You will act as the bridge between the growth marketing team, content creators, external talent, and freelance collaborators. Your main goal is to ensure that all aspects of performance ads, from briefs to video production, are executed on time and meet the highest quality standards. Additionally, you will take ownership of a unique project focused on recruiting real users for performance videos, giving you the opportunity to lead a program from its inception.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Performance Ad Management:

Manage all aspects of performance marketing ads from start to finish, ensuring that the requirements given by the growth marketing team are met within timelines.

  • Cross-Team Coordination:

Collaborate closely with freelance scriptwriters and an in-house team of graphic designers, illustrators, video editors, and motion graphics experts to ensure the timely production of video ads.

  • Talent and Influencer Management:

Work with casting teams to identify actors, influencers, doctors, and experts for video ads. Oversee contract signing, content submission deadlines, payment processing, and maintain strong relationships with all talent.

  • Project Timeline Management:

Ensure that all stakeholders are aligned, and feedback is provided on time, enabling ads to be published according to schedule.

  • Real User Recruitment Program:

Lead and manage the entire process of recruiting real users to be featured in performance videos. Develop and execute strategies to build this program from the ground up, coordinating with marketing and operations teams to scale this initiative.

  • Feedback Loop and Quality Control:

Facilitate ongoing feedback between growth marketers and creative teams to ensure the quality and effectiveness of performance ads. Address any roadblocks and ensure timely revisions.

  • Opportunity for Growth:

As the role expands, you will have the chance to take on larger projects such as managing content for organic marketing platforms and handling longer funnel content initiatives.

Desired Attributes

  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in a marketing or creative production environment.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication to communicate effectively with internal teams, freelancers, and external talent.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, performance marketing, or creative production processes is a plus.
  • Ability to problem-solve under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Experience working with video production teams, scriptwriters, and influencers is a bonus.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with a passion for driving projects to successful completion.
