Trustt (formerly Novopay) was founded by Srikanth Nadhamuni (Founder CTO Aadhaar) and Gautam Bandyopadhyay (a FinTech industry veteran and former Head of Finacle Innovation Hub at Infosys). Vinod Khosla, the legendary silicon-valley venture capitalist, is our chief mentor and primary financier.
Trustt has consistently grown through the last decade and built a state-of-the-art Digital Banking Saas Platform to power new age & progressive Banks/NBFCs/MFIs/Fintechs based on cutting edge, cloud native, mobile first, AI powered systems. Our robust product portfolio is forward-looking and high up the FinTech value chain. We work with cutting edge technologies and with some of the best institutions in the banking and financial services space.
We're currently 250 people strong and growing. Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Working closely with cross functional teams, product owners, SMEs, enterprise architects, software engineers, manage and prioritize the product backlog, participate in Release Planning, Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review/Demo, Sprint Retrospective
- Ensures all documentation, tracking and reporting metrics including user stories, project progress, resource utilization, change requests, issues resolution, risk mitigation plans, test scripts, test results, and status update are completed per the delivery timelines
- Lead and facilitate Integration, Solution, and UAT testing
- Create, monitor, and share team performance metrics, including preparing related progress reports
- Manages project plan and tracks project progress including dependencies, constraints, assumptions and risks
- Escalates risks, resource gaps and delays as needed to ensure project stays on track
- Lead daily Scrum and weekly Scrum of Scrum meetings to compile project status updates, updating project plan and removing obstacles and roadblocks for project team members
- Encourage velocity, quality, and efficiency while adhering to coding, quality assurance, and project execution best practice
Key Qualifications & Skill Sets
- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, or related STEM-discipline.
- 5 years of overall experience with 3+ Years of experience in Project/ Program management
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Proficiency in JIRA, MS Excel and MS Powerpoint
- Demonstrate understanding of functional and technical information (e.g. user flows, technical system design, and workflows)
- Experience in Banking/Lending industry is an added positive
- Agile Scrum Certification (CSPM)/PMP Certification/ Lean Six Sigma Certification would be an added positive.
