Job Description

Role Description: Seeking a motivated individual with a data centric mindset who will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing a portfolio of projects focused on managing the assets and improving their utilization, lifecycle, and safety. The candidate must be self-motivated, flexible, highly adaptable, and excellent as well as a team player. The responsibilities of the role include interpreting data, developing, and documenting business processes and procedures, identifying and recommending solutions to problems or inefficiencies, and communicating findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the development, deployment, and monitoring of assets across geographies to monitor various key performance indicators.
  • Drive initiatives focused on cost savings, increased utilization of charging systems and batteries.
  • Creation of new processes and identification of process gaps in asset handling and improving the overall lifecycle of assets.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams like product, tech, and data to implement new business initiatives for driving growth.
  • Using data analysis methods, predict battery and charging unit demand and manage inventory across various locations. Work on tools like Excel, Metabase, SQL and Python to uncover insights.
  • Accountable for planning and tracking/distribution of various SKUs for carrying out seamless operations
  • Manage a dedicated team of 4-5 people across the geographies to reduce the downtime of batteries/charging systems.

Key Requirements

  1. Preferably 2-4 years of experience in a fast-paced organization.
  2. Data-driven decision-making approach with high analytical skills. Experience handling large datasets and proficiency in Advanced Excel, SQL etc. (Highly recommended)
  3. An enterprising person with great organizational abilities and an execution-oriented mindset and establish best practices.
  4. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
