Associate Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Successfully Lead Use Case Refinement, Scouting of right fit Startups / Solution providers, Startup Showcases / Deep Dives with Customer Use Case Sponsors, Get Solution submissions / techno commercial proposals from Startups & Get Pilot Cooperation Scope sign-off between Customer Use Case SPOC & Selected Startups. Monitor POC/Pilot progress on a regular basis.
• Co-ordinate between Startup team & Use Case Sponsor team as needed.
• Adhere to Defined Playbook & Processes for Program delivery.

Qualifications: Mandatory Skills /Experience:

Effective Collaboration & Team work with internal & external stakeholders (Customers / Startups / Partners)

Exposure or experience in a Startup Accelerator / Incubation centre / E-cell or a TBI lead

Effective Project / program management / Hands on Online research & interaction with startups & customer SPOCs, Weekly tasks completion.

Good to have / Learning & Development Areas:

Ability to understand & learn emerging technologies like Autotech, AI/ML, Blockchain, IIOT, AR/VR/Computer vision, etc.

Domain Knowledge of one or more industry verticals, Business Analyst experience, Software Development life cycle.

Education qualification & experience

- B-Tech with min 2 years of relevant experience.

- MBA preferred. MBA or MCA is a must for non-engineering graduates.

- Having worked in Startup Ecosystem / Corporate Accelerator in a Plus.
