We are seeking an experienced and motivated Associate Professor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 4-8 years of experience in the job market context of India and possess excellent teaching, research, and leadership skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver training programs to employees and clients
- Create engaging and interactive training materials
- Assess and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs
- Collaborate with other trainers and subject matter experts to ensure training materials are up-to-date
- Provide feedback and coaching to trainees
- Maintain accurate records of training sessions and trainee progress
Skills and Qualifications
- PhD in Cybersecurity or Information Security or AVGC fields from a University of repute.
- M.Tech in Computer Science/ Artificial Intelligence/ Cybersecurity I AVGC fields with 70 percentage or above.
- Should have at least 5 or more high quality research papers published.
- At least 1-3 years of experience in training and development
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of training methodologies and adult learning principles
