Responsibilities:

• Assist the Head of Production/Production Manager in daily operations.
• Manage production schedules for specific product lines (decor, metal casting, etc.)
• Oversee quality control and ensure product consistency.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Coordinate with production supervisors and other departments.
• Qualifications:
• Experience in production management within the decor or similar industry (5-8 years)
• Strong understanding of product finishing techniques like powder coating, electroplating etc.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
