Job Description

u2022 Plan, organize and achieve the outputs for each shift and reporting to the management any problems and issues that need interventions from the Company.
u2022 Ensure safety and security of personnel and resources in achieving outputs and targets.
u2022 Suggest improvements and changes from time to time to improve efficiency, performance, safety and quality of the products.
u2022 Give new ideas and approaches to manage operations allotted Perform machine changeovers as per need and perform settings during product changeover.
u2022 Ensure effective preventive machine maintenance to improve machine up time and minimize breakdowns.
u2022 Maintain inventory, spares related to equipment
u2022 Handle product as per respective BMR/BPR
u2022 Facility maintenance and hygiene
u2022 Comply with EHS, GMP and Quality norms
u2022 DM plant Operation and Maintenance.
u2022 Responsible for maintaining machine logs and documentation.
u2022 Responsible for activities that may be assigned by superior time to time.
u2022 Responsible for cleaning and maintenance of Equipment.
