About the Role
We are looking for a Product Marketer to create impactful user journeys for Plum.
Plum users are the employees of our customer organizations, whose journey with Plum begins the moment their employer provides them with insurance and health benefits through our platform.
You will be responsible for developing creative campaigns that drive product adoption and ensure every user has an exceptional experience.
Your role will also involve driving cross-sell opportunities on the Plum app through various user engagement strategies.
The ideal candidate must have a user-centric focus, excellent content writing skills, an analytical mindset, a keen eye for design and detail, strong communication abilities, and the capability to work independently.
Key Responsibility
- Creative content development:
a. Develop creative campaigns to boost awareness and drive adoption of the Plum app and its features
b. Enhance the user experience by building delightful user journeys on the Plum app based on user profiles and behavior
c. Compose and maintain a content library for promoting existing/new app features, B2B2C products, health and wellness, etc.
d. Create content and manage external marketing assets, including brochures, posters, newsletters, etc.
- Strategic data analysis for product growth:
a. Maintain a strong analytical mindset to evaluate usage and adoption data, exploring new avenues for Plum's app adoption
b. Build and refine user journeys by analyzing user data through marketing analytics tools and real-life user interviews
c. Utilize content development, distribution, engagement, and partnerships to enhance revenue through various B2B2C products
- Creative thinking and collaboration:
a. Ideate and launch new products, features, and benefits in collaboration with other team members and product/sales teamsQualifications:
Proficient in copywriting with experience in building delightful user journeys.
Knowledge of user engagement and analytics tools (like CleverTap, Customer.io, Mixpanel).
Familiarity with design tools (Figma) and MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Excellent communication and listening skills to interact with and work with a wide range of people and functions.
Creative, organized thinker, self-starter, and highly flexible.
Good-to-haves:
Experience in content writing, product marketing, user research or related role.
Knowledge of go-to-market (GTM) launch activities through the full lifecycle.
