Role Objective:
The APM will support the product team in the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to execution. This role offers the opportunity to work on enterprise SaaS solutions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to product strategy and vision for our enterprise customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy Support: Work alongside the Product Manager and leadership team to define and execute product strategies that meet the needs of diverse industries.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with engineering, design, sales, and customer success teams to ensure alignment across all functions and successful delivery of new features.
- Customer Insights: Gather and analyze feedback from users across various sectors to ensure our product evolves with the needs of different industries.
- Feature Development: Support the creation and enhancement of product features, from concept through to execution, ensuring they deliver value across multiple industries.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Leverage analytics to assess product performance, understand user behavior, and drive feature improvements.
- Documentation & Communication: Create user stories, documentation, and reports to ensure effective communication across teams and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Strong analytical skills.
- Understanding and appreciation of platform, API integration, databases, business applications, and UX.
- Thorough understanding of project management and agile development methodologies.
- Strong cross-functional and stakeholder management skills. Ability to influence multiple stakeholders without direct authority.
- Strong ability to understand business processes, logically group the business problems, identify the gaps between business processes and software processes.
- Ability to leverage market analysis, competitive knowledge, and customer research to define a product roadmap.
- Experience in tools like Jira, Confluence is an advantage.
- Strong experience in writing Flow charts, process charts, Test Cases, etc.
