About The Role
We are looking for a dedicated Associate Product Manager to help shape the future of our B2B SaaS platform. If you're passionate about product development, driven by customer insights, and excited to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment, we'd love to hear from you!
What You'll Do
- Define and Deliver: Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to build and execute a product roadmap that aligns with business goals.
- Understand the Customer: Gather insights from customers, sales, and support teams to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.
- Analyze the Market: Conduct research on industry trends and competitors to inform product strategies and keep us ahead of the curve.
- Prioritize Features: Evaluate and prioritize new features and improvements based on customer impact and business value.
- Use Data Wisely: Leverage analytics to track product performance and ensure we're building the right solutions.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure seamless feature launches and align on go-to-market strategies.
- Document Clearly: Create and maintain product specifications, user stories, and other essential documentation to drive clarity and execution.
Who We're Looking For
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- 13 years of experience in product management, with a strong preference for candidates with exposure to B2B SaaS platforms.
- Proven ability to make data-driven decisions and utilize analytics to inform product strategies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate ideas and collaborate effectively across teams.
- A solid understanding of product development cycles and SaaS technologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a sharp attention to detail.
