Job Title: Associate Product Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Data-Driven Strategy: Collaborate with senior product managers to define and execute the product strategy, leveraging data insights to propose new product ideas and efficient workflows.
- Requirements Gathering: Collect and document detailed feature requirements, ensuring clear communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics tools to analyse user behaviour, product usage patterns, and other relevant data to make informed product decisions and recommendations.
- Measurement and Metrics: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for product success and track these metrics, using data-driven insights to iterate and optimise product performance.
- Market Research: Conduct thorough market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback analysis to identify trends, gaps, and potential areas for product differentiation.
Job Requirements:
- (1-2) years of experience in product management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and distil it into actionable insights.
- Understanding and ability to build customer behaviour analytics on tools like Google Analytics 4, Mixpanel, or Datadog.
- Ability to write basic SQL/MongoDB queries to retrieve information and build reports
- Deep understanding of handling, processing, and producing insights on large data sets using Google Sheets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to translate technical concepts into clear and concise product requirements and documentation.
- It would be a plus to have good technical skills to have effective communication with the engineering team as well as having good design skills to interact with the UI/UX team
