Position Purpose: As part of Onboarding a customer, This role demands to interact with the customer and understand their neeeds and configure the same in the application, Conduct user training, hand over the application to customer and support them for two months.
Preferred Functional Knowledge (Skills & Tools): Microsoft Office, Any HRMS Tools
Keywords: Software, Payroll HRMS Implementation etc.
Key Responsibility (Day to Day Activities): Onboarding a customer, Support them for two months post go live and then hand it Over to Support team.
Qualification and Experience: Diploma or Any Graduate, Experience 0 to 1 year with Good Communication Skill (Verbal and Written in English).
