Associate Process Manager

• Responsible for managing multiple Sanction Screening and AML Transaction Monitoring processes
• Independently handle multiple clients - establish self as a valued partner
• Build domain expertise across processes supported, assist in speedy remediation of issues, implement process improvements and build / enhance controls to prevent future escalations
• Participate in KYC group level initiatives
• Responsible for ensuring Process documentation is maintained in an updated fashion at all times

Key responsibilities include:

• Possesses in-depth functional knowledge of the process area and applies it to operational scenarios to provide effective solutions.
• Is able to identify discrepancies and propose optimal solutions using a logical, systematic, and sequential methodology.
• Demonstrates openness to inputs and views from all team members, fostering an inclusive team environment.
• Effectively leads, motivates, and inspires groups towards achieving company objectives.
• Is self-directed, proactive, and seizes opportunities to meet internal and external customer needs, achieving customer satisfaction by effectively auditing processes, implementing best practices, and process improvements.
• Communicates goals and thoughts clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing, to clients, colleagues, subordinates, and supervisors.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in B. Com /BBM or Master's Degree in M. Com/MBA/PGDM
• 4 to 6 years of experience in Sanction Screening and AML Transaction Monitoring
• Should be good with logical and quantitative abilities to derive information from data.
