Desired Skills And Experience
Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, B.E./B.Tech/MCA and related fields
4+ years of experience as Presales Associate working with internal and client stakeholders
Proven experience in presales, sales, or a technical role having good experience in sales/presales.
Strong experience in creating solution and service offering presentations (PowerPoint), facilitations, documents (word), excel spreadsheets (Excel), creative writing, business communication and business development activities.
Experience in creating proposals, quotes, etc.
Experience managing and delivering projects within an agile environment.
Experience in working through the SDLC coordinating with multiple stakeholders
Experience of working with systems and technologies on the financial institutions.
Experience working on agile methodology, Jira, Confluence, etc. is a plus.
Good understanding of technology aspects of the working of API, system integration, data transfer, stack, etc.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Extremely strong organizational and analytical skills with strong attention to detail
Strong track record of excellent results delivered to internal and external clients
Able to work independently without the needs for close supervision and also collaboratively as part of cross-team efforts
Key Responsibilities
Conduct thorough research on prospective clients and their industries.
Analyze customer requirements and collaborate with the sales team to develop tailored presentations and proposals.
Engage in client meetings to understand their requirements and offer relevant solutions.
Provide product demonstrations and answer technical queries during the sales process.
Act as a liaison between the sales and technical teams to ensure seamless communication.
Conduct market analysis to identify potential opportunities and challenges.
Liaise and assist the marketing team to perform demand-generating activities such as roadshows or other related marketing initiatives.
Preparing PowerPoint presentations and sales displays
Creating quotes, pitches/proposals and RFP/RFQ/RFIs for the sales leads
Continuous follow-ups with multiple collaborators
Tracking and monitoring the sales leads and opportunities
Liaise with multiple stakeholders within LOB and outside for sales leads and opportunities
Assist manager in tracking and monitoring resource management
Demonstrate high attention to detail, should work in a dynamic environment whilst maintaining high quality standards, a natural aptitude to develop good internal working relationships and a flexible work ethic
Responsible for Quality Checks and adhering to the agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA) / Turn Around Time (TAT)
