Work in close coordination with the Second Chance leaders at central and state levels to understand the nuances of RSCP to be able to perform in alignment of the goals of the RSCP.
Program Management: Oversee the end-to-end implementation of the Remote Second Chance Program with the State where RSCP is launched. Working with the RSCP state PoCs, Program team and Digital Transformation team will be required. An effective communication and coordination between the stakeholders is expected. Develop and execute strategic plans to ensure program goals and objectives are met. Monitor program metrics and KPIs, making data-driven decisions to enhance program effectiveness.
Team Management: Lead and motivate a remote team of , PoCs for RSCP, facilitators, trainers, and support staff. Provide guidance and support to ensure the team's success in delivering high-quality education and support services.
Community Engagement and Outreach: Collaborate with community leaders and organizations to enhance program reach and impact. Support in Design and Implement strategies for effective community mobilization and involvement in program activities.
Curriculum Development and management: Work closely with content experts at the State and Central level to facilitate development, process of delivery and refinement of the curriculum for the Second Chance Program for the remote platform.
Ensure that the curriculum aligns with educational standards i.e. exam boards, most importantly learning goals set in the program and also design ways to address the unique needs of young/older learners.
Technology Integration: Oversee the effective integration of technology in program delivery, ensuring a seamless remote learning experience. The geography, technological background, students profile and teams capacity needs to be in consideration.
Capacity building of the team in areas of technology to be used in the program would be a part of this. Explore innovative solutions to enhance the digital learning environment.
Monitoring and Evaluation: Establish robust monitoring and evaluation mechanisms to track participant progress and program impact. Regularly review evaluation data to make informed adjustments to the program.
Reporting and documentation: Provide updates and reports on program achievements, challenges, and future plans on a weekly basis.
Perform other programmatic tasks as assigned.
