As an Associate (PE Dealing), you will administer any services pursuant to Administration Agreements in respect of the portfolio of Private Equity Funds. Please note this position would suit an individual contributor with a basic understanding of private equity dealing activities and a good understanding of fund setup, investor setup, company setup, contacts, address and bank wire details.
In your first few weeks in this Associate (PE Dealing) role, you can expect to:
- Investigate investor's subscription and redemption documents
- Initiate and maintain tracker for Capital Call transactions
- Perform mail merge activity to send Financial Notices / Statements to the investors
- Perform activities related to Capital Call notices, PCAPs, Distribution letters and K1s
- Ensure adherence to the Legal and Compliance teams while reviewing the wire instructions

- Working knowledge of Investor onboarding portals and fund-based applications
- Private equity / Real estate fund administration experience
- Minimum 1-5 years of experience in Private Equity and Real estate funds

- Excellent communication skills and expert in English (verbal and written)
