n- Banking is set to undergo a rapid transformation in the next 2-3 years. DBS India is making big investments to capture market share in this target segment. An important aspect of growing in this market is to acquire right customers. Traditional ways of acquisition are no longer effective and thus DBS is increasingly focusing on acquisition through partnerships. It is imperative to maximize opportunity available amongst existing partnerships/relationship along with finding new partnerships to generate a steady source of cost-effective acquisitions. This job is expected to identify such partners which have customer bases similar to our target segment, stitch together the working model and deliver business results in terms of cost-effective customer acquisition and engagement.

nKey Accountabilitiesn
n
n- Effectively engage with Platform Ecosystem partners to achieve greater cross sell and contribute in increasing the liability book of the bank Revenue generation through new customer acquisition for the SME/Large Corporate Business through forging strategic partnerships and alliances.
n- Scale up existing/new partnerships through acquisition of new anchors in IBG 1-3 space across Trade Products (both OAT and Doc Trade).
n- Effectively engage with Platform Ecosystem partners to achieve greater cross sell.
n- Seamlessly work across Coverage and Transaction Banking RMs to identify names to engage and ensure quick activation of the same to grow the Trade Book manifold.

nJob Duties & Responsibilitiesn
n
n- Drive SCF Platforms agenda of the Bank along with the Ecosystem Head and work closely with the IBG team to facilitate quicker turnaround.
n- Assist in managing existing partnerships allocated and maximize cross sell opportunity available amongst existing partnerships/relationship along with finding new partnerships.
n- Control and manage the risk profile for the overall portfolio; help develop partnership and supply chain business by deep diving/market mapping of sectors where bank is comfortable to take additional exposures.
n- To undertake activities involved in fixed deposit desk management of the bank
n- Driving alliances with brands which have customer bases similar to our target segment
n- Collaborate with cross-functional BUs to tap DBS's relationships across corporate, trade and commercial banking vertical (Distributor payments)
n- Creating value proposition for DBS and the identified partner, with key focus on making life of customer easy
n- Engage with all stakeholders in the bank (country and region) & in the partner organization to ensure the desired customer journeys, product development and partner integration are delivered successfully (this includes sales campaigns as well)
n- Manage key partners to deliver the numbers and revenues committed as per the Business plan.

nRequired Experiencen
n
n- Overall, 1-2 years of experience in fin tech/NBFCs with strong project management and relationship building skills.
n- Sharp, analytical outlook and excellent stakeholder management skills
n- Good understanding of sales funnel management, workflow implementation, controls, and continuous process improvements.
n- Sound technical understanding of bank systems and credit related processes.

n- An MBA or CA with relevant number of years of experience in Corporate Banking
