Job Description

As a Senior Specialist in the Climate Change and Sustainability consulting practice, you will be pivotal in leading and shaping our climate-focused initiatives. Your responsibilities will include driving sustained growth for the practice, fostering innovation, and ensuring impactful outcomes. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop strategies, provide thought leadership, and contribute to the global discourse on sustainability, climate resilience and low-carbon development.

Lead the CCS practice, setting strategic direction and ensuring alignment with organisations mission and va
lus.
Identify opportunities for innovation and develop new service offerings that interest funders, with a focus on climate change impacts and e

ery.
Develop and execute a comprehensive business plan to drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and enhance the practice
s imact.
Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment, encouraging knowledge sharing with other practice groups within the or
g
anistion.
Contribute to thought leadership in renewable energy, and climate resilience strategic areas under the

CS prctice.

Qualifications

d Comptencies:
Academic/ professio
nal qualiications:
Masters in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, and related disciplines from a top-tier
a
cademic istitution.
Other relevant professional qualifications in line with areas of specialization- such as energy,
climate chnge, etc.

Minimum profess
ional experiene of 15 years
Minimum experience of ten years in leading roles in climate change and sustainability business practices in con

ulting firms ad think tanks.
Demonstrable experience in managing P/L, generating revenue, and expanding the business development pipeline in
