Responsibilities:
Social Media & Customer Communications:
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across various platforms to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Manage and curate content for social media channels, ensuring alignment with the overall brand message and marketing objectives.
- Oversee community engagement initiatives, including the creation of monthly newsletters and employee advocacy programs.
- Monitor social media trends, analyze performance metrics, and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Get on customer calls, and draft emails and case studies with inputs from the calls
PR and Media Relations:
- Develop and implement PR strategies to enhance the organization's reputation and maintain positive media coverage.
- Cultivate relationships with key media outlets and influencers to secure positive coverage and partnerships.
- Create and distribute press releases, articles, and other communication materials to relevant media channels.
- Act as the primary point of contact for media inquiries and coordinate interviews or press conferences.
Strategic Planning:
- Develop and execute end-to-end marketing communication strategies, along with the brand manager, aligned with overall business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integrated and cohesive marketing campaigns.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation.
Competencies (Technical & Soft Skills):
- Bachelor's / Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of demonstrated experience in social media strategy & execution.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Good understanding of ChatGPT, Canva, MS Office.
