Job Description
Motor Claims Recoveries - Process is to seek recovery from Third party Insurance company of cost we have paid to policy holder on a non fault Claim..
- Needs calculate the outlay amount accurately before requesting
- Needs to call & write to other Insurance to pursue recovery / discuss liability. This involves Inbound and outbound calls.
- Needs to effectively manage follow up on claims using the claims system.
- Effectively/timely usage Legal option to pursue recovery of cost.
- Accurate record keeping of information exchange and action taken.
Qualifications
- Minimum Academic Qualification -Graduate only
- System working knowledge required: basic internet and web based applicationsGood communication skills Written & Verbal. Open to work in Flexible shifts & split offs . Motor Insurance knowledge and experience is preferable.
